Annecy, France The ground-up sustainable office building Blue-Green opened in January 2019 with 70 percent of the facility occupied via pre-leasing. Located at the entrance of Glaisins Industrial Park east of Lyon, France, the building represents new standards of design in an established marketplace. Defining features include interior balconies that overlook the building lobby, as well as superior ecological performance.
