We believe that great buildings make people feel good. All people.

We believe that great buildings make people feel good. A homeowner should feel as excited by her new condominium as the facility manager overseeing its state-of-the-art systems. A new resident in a rental home should love their space. A driver should move as comfortably around a loading dock as does the logistics expert coordinating their delivery.Azur invests in great buildings. Our private holdings span multiple asset classes on two continents. Irrespective of location or purpose, these are places where people want to work, live, visit, or just be. We foster user satisfaction by merging industry-leading marketing techniques with a laser focus on operational excellence, and by grounding all of our decisions on rigorous due diligence and groundbreaking efforts in data analysis.
