New York, New York 345 West 14th comprises luxury residences over ground-floor retail at the gateway to Manhattan’s Gansevoort Market Historic District. The project commenced as a distressed acquisition via deed-in-lieu of foreclosure. Upon completion, it was the site of a large-scale public artwork by Yayoi Kusama celebrating the Whitney Museum of American Art’s relocation to the neighborhood. Building accolades include the IREM Real Estate Management Award and shortlisting in the ULI Global Awards of Excellence.
